No. KingdomOS was designed for ministry leaders, not IT departments. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use KingdomOS. The onboarding flow walks you through every step, and the dashboard was built to be understood at a glance.

Yes — Stripe is the core payment engine behind KingdomOS. All donation processing runs through Stripe, which means:

• Full transaction history is accessible in both KingdomOS and your Stripe dashboard

Yes. KingdomOS provides a member portal where your congregation can log in securely with their own credentials. Through the portal, members can view their giving history, complete their faith journey onboarding steps, and access ministry resources you make available.

You control what members can see. The admin view gives you full visibility across all members; the member view shows each person their own profile and history only.

Yes. KingdomOS has no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.

Before canceling, we recommend exporting your member list and donation history — we'll always give you access to your own data regardless of plan status.

Yes. Security is built into the foundation of KingdomOS:

• Payment data — All donation processing runs through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Card numbers and banking details never touch our servers.
• Member data — Stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon's enterprise infrastructure.
• Authentication — All member passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store plaintext passwords.
• Sessions — Secure, database-backed sessions with automatic expiration.
• Transport — All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. No unencrypted connections accepted.

Your data is yours. Only your authenticated ministry administrators can access your member list, donor records, and financial data through the KingdomOS admin dashboard.

Individual members can only see their own profile and giving history when logged in — they cannot see other members' information. DOEMI staff do not access your ministry data except in response to a direct support request.

KingdomOS integrates with the following third-party services as part of normal platform operation:

• Stripe — for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• Meta Pixel — for advertising attribution (Growth and Kingdom plans only)
• Email delivery — for transactional emails (welcome sequences, password reset)

We do not sell your member data. We do not share donor information with any party beyond what is required for payment processing and platform operation.

Yes. KingdomOS maintains a complete donation record for every giving transaction processed through the platform. You can generate donor-specific giving reports that include all the information required for IRS-compliant charitable contribution acknowledgments:

• Donor name and contact information
• Date and amount of each contribution
• Organization name and EIN
• Statement that no goods or services were provided in exchange

These reports can be exported as CSV or PDF for year-end distribution to your donors.
